If you are a merchant, and selling Autumn related creations, you can already come have a look, pick a spot and set up. Touch the logo signs for information, rightclick and buy them to reserve your spot on the booth you want. Set up time has started, and ends 25th September. Participating is very easy and affordable, come give it a go :-)
